Epostbasen offers a digital platform where registered users can search for and purchase access to contact information for Norwegian businesses. Our database contains publicly available information sourced directly from the Business Register in Brønnøysund and is updated daily to ensure accuracy.

2. User Registration

To use our paid services, you must create a user account. As an account holder, you are responsible for:

• Providing correct information during registration
• Keeping login information confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

3. Purchase and Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) or Dollars ($) excluding VAT, unless otherwise specified. Current prices are displayed at the time of order.

3.2 Payment Process

Payment is processed through our secure Stripe payment solution integrated on the platform. We accept payment methods that are available on the payment page at any given time.

3.3 Delivery

The service is delivered electronically immediately after completed payment. You get access to the ordered information via your user account.

4. User Responsibilities and Obligations

4.1 Proper Use

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that selected search criteria provide the desired result
• Understanding the scope of information before purchase
• Using the information in accordance with applicable law

4.2 Limitations

It is not permitted to:

5. Epostbasens Responsibility

5.1 Delivery

We commit to delivering the information you have paid for according to the description at the time of purchase.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Epostbasen cannot be held responsible for:

• Errors or deficiencies in public registers we source data from
• Financial losses as a result of using the information
• Consequences of misuse of the service
• Technical problems beyond our control

5.3 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, design and content on the platform is protected by copyright and belongs to Epostbasen or our licensors. Users only receive a limited right to use purchased information.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that are delivered immediately. By completing the purchase, you consent to the delivery starting immediately and that the right of withdrawal thereby lapses.

8. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted in writing without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the basis for the complaint was discovered or should have been discovered.

9. Privacy

9.1 Processing of Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable privacy legislation. We do not share personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

9.2 Storage and Deletion

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing and in accordance with applicable legal requirements. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

9.3 Cookies

We only use essential cookies that are necessary for the services functionality, primarily to handle login and security. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or message on the platform with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect is considered acceptance of the new terms.

11. Disputes and Choice of Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes should primarily be resolved amicably. If this does not succeed, the dispute shall be resolved by the ordinary courts with Kristiansand District Court as the venue.
